If you contact Beamo through this website, the form collects your name, email address, enquiry category, subject, message, and confirmation that you are at least 13. Do not submit passwords, payment details, Roblox account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Security information
Limited technical information, including an IP address and request metadata, is processed to deliver the site, prevent spam, and enforce rate limits. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed before they are stored in the configured rate-limit service.
How messages are handled
Contact messages are sent through the configured email provider to Beamo's private business inbox. This site does not promise a fixed retention period; messages and related provider records may remain until they are no longer needed or are deleted through the relevant provider.
Roblox statistics
Game and community figures are requested by the website server from public Roblox endpoints. They describe projects and communities, not individual visitors. Your browser does not contact Roblox to load these figures.
External services
Links to Roblox and Discord take you to services with their own privacy terms. The website host, email provider, and rate-limit provider may process the limited information needed to provide and secure their services.
